How I Help
I support my clients to go from feeling conflicted about their identity to feeling vibrant in their skin. I use my unique blend of body-centered healing work and my knowledge of the impact of white-body supremacy to help my clients reclaim and integrate all of who they are so they can step into their true, beautiful and fully-expressed selves.
My clients learn to trust themselves again. And leave empowered with practices to help them support and nurture themselves.
Over the past 10+ years I have worked with various body-centered healing modalities including Yoga, Reiki, expressive dance, and Somatic healing to help clients release trauma, navigate difficult emotions, and step forward leaving limitations behind.

You have everything you need to heal already inside you. You have the wisdom and can tap into the tools and practices to trust and support yourself and your healing.
Body-centered emotional release work can help you shift monumentally. You can let go of what is burdening you, be with what is difficult, and also nurture and soothe yourself through body-centered healing practices.
